Life can be as unpredictable as the weather, and we get it. If your plans have shifted, fear not – our return process is as straightforward as warming up your hüga cushion.
For new and unused products
Return Unused Cushion Anytime, Any Reason, Within One Year
Whether you're reevaluating your outdoor seating strategy or just decided you prefer the cold embrace of winter, you can return your unused cushion within one year, no explanations needed.
How to Break Up with Your Cushion:

- We'll get back to you with the deets
We haven't had many returns, but if your girlfriend breaks up with you before you have a chance to give her the best gift in the world, we're here for you. Hold onto the original box with the battery sticker, make sure the battery box is unopened, pack it up, and send it back. We'll refund you in full (minus shipping) just as soon as we receive the package. Your comfort matters, even in unexpected plot twists. Stay toasty! ❄️🔥
For defective products
LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage: We warrant that, during the one-year Warranty Period from your purchase date, products acquired from our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship concerning their Covered Components. "Covered Components" include the cushion cover, foam, heating element, and our non-branded batteries. For any RavPower batteries included with our products, the warranty coverage is 18 months, covered by RavPower.
Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear on Covered Components that doesn't materially impact product functionality. RavPower battery warranty is subject to the terms offered by RavPower, and our non-branded batteries are covered by our one-year warranty.
It also does not cover damages due to transportation, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorized repairs or modifications, combination with unauthorized products, normal wear and tear, or external causes beyond our control.
Voided Warranty: Any use inconsistent with this agreement or the provided instructions by you or any third party will void this limited warranty.
Warranty Period: The Warranty Period is one year from your purchase date for our non-branded batteries and other Covered Components. For RavPower batteries, the warranty period is 18 months from your purchase date. The warranty is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. Changes to this limited warranty may occur at our discretion but won't be retroactive.
Remedies: For defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace them free of charge or refund the purchase price. We will cover shipping fees for the return of repaired or replacement products.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, contact us at colin@hugaheat.com or call (207) 329-2387 during the Warranty Period. We will attempt to troubleshoot any challenges with product usage before determining warranty eligibility. You are responsible for sending the defective product to us at your expense.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this agreement. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses. Our liability will not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product.
Representations and Warranties:
You agree to use each product in compliance with the provided instructions. If agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that the organization is duly organized and has the authority to enter into this agreement.
